Thank you a lot 🖤🙌 Mocha is a plugin and it does too much things like, masking, tracking the video, stabilizing the video (pro version) Roto brush is used to rotoscope the videos that have too much of perspectives or movements, for example rotoscoping a moving human, car or tree is much more accurate and easier than masking in mocha. But mocha is great changer for a basic masks of AE and it does a great job. For example to mask a human I would choose Rotoscoping, to mask the building I would choose mocha ae 🙏

If you want a smooth Instagram reels, keep your sequence at 60fps or 50fps. Also upload at 60fps. (Check my tutorial: How to Upload High Quality Reels On Instagram) I explain there everything about high quality uploads.

Pre compose means that you can "group" several layers into one. For example if your clip has too much masks, effects or duplicates it's always good to pre compose all in one layer. Also pre composing helps you to avoid some issues when applying 3D on your video (explaining: if your clip is speed ramped or slowed down you can't add 3D tracker on it) you should pre compose it and then you will be able to apply 3D. To explain it simply (pre compose is the same as photoshop has "groups") and Premiere Pro "nest" Hope I explained it well. 😄
