Hi Des great tips I was wondering if you could show us all how to set up the stick float for a shallow small flowing river no more than 2/3 ft deep using bread punch as bait as I have trouble picking the right float and how to shot it well ie bulk or spread shot I been glued to the des tips as soon as you do them keep it up M8 Preston lucky to have you in their team👍👍👍👍👍

I remember having to select an appropriate tip bush and cut the tip section back before doing this part, apparently that's not a thing any more?

That depends on the pole you have I believe. I use Shimano poles and they have the right diameter to fit a Preston yellow tip bush so you don't have to cut back your tip section.

What a poor video for any new person wanting to elaborate a pole I say this as the camera is miles away how can anyone see the connector Ur using as like I said Ur miles away. Very poor video should have close up
