In kit control there is a block called Status Demux, Link the status from your controller to the statusIn on the Status Demux block. Then link both Fault and Down into an Or block ( I included fault because as we know, sometimes when BACnet devices go down they could also be Orange Faulted or Yellow ping fail). From the Or block add any delays you want and link it intpo a OneShot.... Take the "Fire" from the oneShot and link it into the green "Restart Station" slot into "Platform Services" Just open "Services" as a wire sheet for a better visual representation. Hope that helps. Note: You can also schedule garbage collection this way too!

Is there a way to populate the email recipients with the email accounts of the user accounts? So if a user changes their email the recipient would automatically update.

Hi there, you can specify multiple emails in the To field as well as the CC field. I believe they need to be separated by a semi colon but may have to check the docs for that delimiting character.

We are having consistent issues where the EmailService is going down due to an AuthenticationFailedException. Even though it would work completely normal for 3-4 weeks. How do we prevent this from happeneing? We are using a gmail to send out the alarms on port 465.

Each email service provider operates slightly differently and there is a massive onus on security nowadays. Specifically gmail have introduced measures that require third party systems use dedicated application passwords to sign in now, rather than the main account password.

I am getting failure cause as "javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS;". could you please what can be done ? I dont have knowledge on TLS and i tried searching on internet about it, but it shows some java scripting which I didnt understand.

If you mean what port to use for the SMTP connection to the email server then you need to look that up via google. "SMTP settings for gmail" for example.
