❤ thank you Marie. that was interesting at the end where you were speaking about the framedrum. The other day when I was in a guided meditation un which I went to Karnak /Sekhmet I found myself stood before this temple complex holding and playing a drum next to my head / upon my shoulder.... and later I held this drum ( which then showed a depiction of an Ankh) before my belly, turning the ankh upside down for anchoring all information and locking it in by turning the drum so that the ankh was in original upright position. I used to bellydance intensively for about 6 years and even visited Cairo and Gizeh (for a 5 day folk bellydance event with the renowned Mahmoud Reda ) named "Sphinx festival" it was my first of two visits to Cairo quite a while ago though: ....2010 and 2011. But my interest in the pyramid and the Gods is only since a few weeks now. I was on another YT channel for some crystalgrid video and there a video of you was shared ( about Merlin and lady Avalon) That made me curious and I listened to this channeling.... well and the rest is history 😂. I just want to "drink it in" all the information you share lol. luckily without hangovers 😉🤣

You like me hold deep connections with Egypt, so then your connection with Avalon will be significant - this place is the heart chakra so brings a peace and calm to the Egypt energy but the two def go together !

I have done many a mediation on the Sphinx. One of my favorites to do. I’ll see what other meds I’ve done and share them here. Just a side note, KZbin have now monetized everyone’s content so there’s ads on everything. Really frustrating when it’s your content especially being meditations…..I’ve started to build a Circle platform where I hold all my live meditations and also pre recorded.
