your authenticity shines through. In particular i like the call out of "if you hit a plateau, you are doing so good". This video reminded of the book by Cal Newport called: Slow Productivity'

This was an amazing video. It’s not just the messages you had but the way you delivered them 😌 but also 💪. The climbing analogy reminded me of a woman I heard speak on climbing Mount Everest. I didn’t know once you get to base camp, the process of climbing to the top is actually like climbing up a little then turning around back to base camp to acclimate your body and then you retrace your steps but go higher the next time; you can’t just climb it in the linear way we imagine someone climbs up a mountain! Thank you for making me imagine marshmallows trying to climb Mount Everest.
