How to embroider a bird

Hello there
I finally finished my latest project, it took me a while to do so cause i've been in a lazy mood in these latest weeks (thats why you gonna see different nails color in in the vid)
But if you want to recreate the look it should take just a week i suppose. The particularity of the bird is that is loaded with colours:beige, yellow, brown, grey, it was quikete hard to mix and place them in the rigth place, and the result well is a bit similar to the original image, not exactly like that. Nowadays i'm looking for some inspiration, i want to try something else, maybe creating lace, beed embroidery on dresses, crosstich. Writing a book is on the list as well, I used to write novels and participate to writing /story competition in high school, but as time goes by all the interests fade at a certain point, and we always look for something else.

Sometimes a project goes as it was planned, but most of the time I change my mind very easily and the finished project never looks like the original drawing. And to be honest I love it when it happens. Thank you very much for your kind words :)

(I only know basic spanish :) : los hilos son de DMC, (también puede utilizar la marca Anchor) tela: popelina de algodón, es muy suave, cualquier aguja fina está bien. :)

Ihavent watched the full video at all. Im 33 seconds in but what I will say is for those who struggle with color patches like where to put what i recommend on the fabric to make blocky patches of where the colors will go. It might help

thanks for the fast answer. I thought there is a trick. :) For my patterns at sewing I use a frixxion pen. You can remove the lines with an iron. Maybe it helps at embroidery too.
