What about finishing the raw edges of the bottom of the shirt?
@CreativeAppliques4 күн бұрын
If you want to finish the bottom, you can hem it :)

Wow! Great video and beautiful bow. I love both ways. Sometimes I like to wear really long sweat shirts and on those I would definitely cut the holes out of the bows.

You do not have to remove the ribbing. It is a preference only. Thanks for watching!

Does the bow file come with what is needed to cut the bow out using a cutting machine??
@CreativeAppliques2 ай бұрын
The SVG files are not included with these designs. Some embroidery softwares do allow you save an SVG file from the embroidery file. LMK if you need more info about this.

Great instruction. Do you just leave the bottom of the sweatshirt unfinished?
@CreativeAppliques2 ай бұрын
Yes I do! I am not the most experienced with stitching knits LOL But if you are comfortable stitching knits, you can finish the bottom.

Great video, Creative Appliques. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! The step-by-step guidance on using the fusible mesh stabilizer was super helpful. Have you considered any tips for beginners who might struggle with the placement of the designs?

Super helpful video! TY, Dawn! May I ask where you get the "Fuse Me" stabilizer? I clicked on your Amazon link for embroidery supplies/stabilizers and did not find it there. I like how this stabilizer is a little more flexible! :)

Here is the link for the FuseMe. I love it because it is less gummy and lighter weight. www.shop.dzgns.com/collections/stabilizers/products/exquisite-fuse-me-fusible-web?p=rJKLcE75c Thanks for watching!

That’s cute! I like the design with the center removed. Also, how did you finish the edge of sweatshirt? Just curious. Thanks for the video.
@CreativeAppliques2 ай бұрын
I didn't. I left it with the raw edge. I am not the most comfortable stitching on knits LOL Thanks for watching!

I would love for an Embroidery artist to make one for the collar. In CA it's too hot for the tight necklines. I would be able to sell more sweatshirts and t-shirts.

If you use a side seam design some are able to be upside down without looking bad and would be able to put at neck making a v-neck shirt
@katherinej51679Ай бұрын
@@GluePaperScissors great idea!! You can totally do an applique bow, lining up the top of the bow with the top of the back of the neckline. As someone who cuts the neck out of every Tshirt, I’m definitely going to try it!

@ yes I did think of that too. I even thought of doing the Christmas tree up side down lol.
