Hi! Great video! My napkins keep ripping either during stitching or when I'm trying to remove the stabilizer. Any suggestions? I'm using 40 wt polyester thread with a 75/11 needle and medium weight sticky tear away stabilizer.

Lovely ! Question - since most People have 40wt rayon or polyester- can you use a 65 needle with 40wt thread ?

You can but I recommend a 75/11 needle with 40wt. The eye of that needle is bigger. You might experience some shredding.
