yep..I used to think that my instincts needed to speak louder that I was hard of hearing... . then I started to have this nagging feeling that I needed to listen to my heart more, slow down, take more time for me , that it was too much... but my business was busy and successful ... I didn't want to disappoint, felt I needed to do my part for the household income meanwhile I was feeling stressed, tired, drained (around certain clients)... then got the diagnosis of thyroid cancer... closed the business sold everything (finally I felt I had permission to put myself first cause it was a life or death situation) So I focused on my healing. That was almost 20 years ago... I'm grateful for the message... but now I want to listen to the whispers so that the messages don't have a chance to get louder.

I’m really thankful for your channel! Do you think you could make a video about ignoring when people say stuff like “awakenings are dangerous” I keep seeing people talk about Devine madness or that people awaken to the light become targets to dark beings. I’ve seen the opposite happen.

It might be a good idea to start with staying present, outside your head as much as possible. People say go within, but that invites many people to go within their head and overthink. Notice all your senses, especially in nature...take in the smells and sights and sounds, how does it feel? Animals can teach a lot, notice what they do. Notice EVERYTHING. When you are around someone take in what they aren't saying, what is your feeling about them beyond words? Lastly, a slow moving energy exercise helps you be in tune with your body. T'ai Qi or Qi Gong is great. Find great teachers who resonate with you. Hope this helps...have fun with it. Too serious takes away that spontaneous energy. Enjoy!
