You definitely want to change out the HDMI the PS5 comes with. You can get a 8ft GE HDMI cable for around $20 make sure it is the ULTRA HD 8K ready with Dynamic HDR, Enhanced ARK, VRR, ALL and of course 48GBPS. If you want to step it up a little more you can get the GE Titan series specifically made for the Next Gen consoles and those are really amazing HDMI cables. However if you are playing on a PC you want to use Display Port cables over HDMI.

The one that came with my PS5 should be able to display 4k 120hz right? It does. I got it working after unplugging the hdmi and plugging it back in. That made my TV reconfigure picture settings. (Sony Bravia X90)

Yes and enable HDR and VRR only if your tv supports them sadly mine doesn't support VRR but it does support HDR which is good also VRR is Variable Refresh Rate which is good for more higher fos maxed at 120

U need a montior or TV that has 120hz or higher. Ur TV or montior is prob 60 hz cuz that is most common thing that someone would have. Buying q TV or monitor that has 120hz is not cheap. My monitor is 165hz and cost $320

You need HDMI 2.0 or something like that, it's because most of the HDMIs are outdated and can't send data that fast, Id imagine the HDMI included with the PS5 supports 120 but it's also Sony so it's probably the absolute bare minimum required to run

Bro there is stuff he did wrong first thing you could get 120fps on a 60hz tv first thing enable performance mode like in the video but then go to settings screen and video and make sure that 120hz output is put on automatic and make sure the resolution is 1440p or 1080p like your tv don't put the resolution on 4k
