Did you follow the instruction in my video? AI speak and AI summary will only appear on the sidebar when you open some document or browser page containing text.

Now I understand where the reason is, after I tried with the browser on the phone, both functions were shown, but when opening a site with Opera, they are not visible

You can use google lens to extract text from an image or screenshot.
