If i install a thrid party app lock(to lock the Settings app) and move it to Secure folder can i still uninstall the app lock?Or it will ask for the password for Secure foldet?Can i still access Settings app? I really don't know why Samsung had to invent this Secure folder.Why didn't they set an app lock option like other brands?

I think that are two different things and Secure folder doesn't have nothing to do with a third party app lock

I believe it has to do with Sensors off,you have to disable the Sensors off option from Developer options,i don't know for sure.
