How to enable Edit Filters on List for End Users in Service Portal Widgets in ServiceNow ?

Hi Vineet, This is very useful. I created buttons to show list of tickets like you mentioned in another video and added filter like this. Now, how can we make the filter fixed (fixed query). So that users can add filters only to the existing fixed query. Please let me know the change

Hi Vineet , Can we hide the fixed filter (active=true) and give options to add new filter( number is something or descriptionis something ) in ServicePortal Widget

Hi @maheshbhaghel9893 , May be Copy RITM is a Client Side UI Action. Client Side UI Action are not available on Portal.

Hi @maheshbaghel9893 , Check whether the UI Action is Client Side or Server Side. Client Side UI Actions will not be visible on Portal.
