You need ray tracking and upscaling supported CPU. Like new snapdragon 8 gen 3 supports ray tracking and AI upscaling to 1440p@144Hz. With normal CPU cores you cant use ray tracking, your cpu need a rt core like nvdia rtx core or amd fr core

For those who are thinking ray tracing can be enabled on a Samsung tablet or S23 ultra, let me tell you all that ray tracing requires graphic card which can only be equipped in a computer's motherboard. Minimum requirement for ray tracing is a GT710 graphics card which costs about ₹5000-₹6000. In simple words you can never enable ray tracing in your phone and if anyone has an option to enable it in his phone, it will melt the GPU of the phone.
