Super late but If u installed the extension in order for it to appear click the File button in the top left, go to Tools, then click Extension Pack Manager there. Took me way too long to figure that out lol

On windows its much easier no need for commands just right click on the virtualbox and run it as administrator. Also install the extension that is the same version as your virtualbox. Upgrading to the latest virualbox version on windows is also easy

@@zacstech none of that worked me on vb 7.0.8, I ended up switching to vmware for usb support after too long jacking with it.
