I was going to be robbed this week and thank God and your classes saved me from being robbed. This element of surprise is essential. I already subscribed and you have a new follower from Colombia. Gracias Master wong. The special thing about my case is that I have problems with my spine. I am 47 years old. I did not know anything about self-defense but with your guide I was able to react and they did not expect it. I could escape and they could not steal me. thanks, again.

I see many Wing Chun videos. I love this one! I am 4th gen Ip Man. The one thing none show or tell. If you watch his hand movements look at his elbows. Not once did he strike with his elbows out. I was trained, and it appears this man was too, to keep my elbows in... VERY IMPORTANT. Elbows in!!! I probably shouldn't tell of this, but I want Wing Chun enthusiasts to know this. The one inch punch uses this technique because when you strike with elbows in, you are pulling energy from your center into your strike.

great warning of using this tech. Once you continue beyond reason (could be 3 reps or less- you are then attacking and no longer defending and, in law,you could be in trouble as you have used more than reasonable force.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on self-defense. 💪 You raise an important point-self-defense techniques can indeed be challenging when facing multiple opponents or if you're frail or elderly. 🥋 Master Chien taught us that adapting strategies to fit individual circumstances is key. @masterwong101Ай бұрын
I appreciate your perspective, @celsogoncalvesdaluz7848! It’s fascinating how different martial arts, like Wing Chun and Muay Thai, each bring unique strengths to the table. When I trained with Master Chien, I learned that while techniques are essential, the mindset behind them is equally crucial. How do you find the balance between the physical techniques and the mental strategy in your training? Remember, the way you do anything is the way you do everything. For more insights, explore my journey at www.wingchunmaster.tv/.
