I suspect this is actually Honda’s official instructional video and the guy who uploaded it doesn’t have the ability to edit the audio track…or it’s edited to avoid copyright issues. Truly cacophonous though lol.

When and why need to adjust valve clearance ? What will happen if didn't adjust the clearance?

because valve-seats sit/wear in after some of usage and the clearances need to be adjusted / checked.... if the valve clearance gets to tight over the time the valves doesn't close anymore correctly = loose of power, valves overheat and burn away = engine failure. thats why you should check the valve clearances according to the service plan of the manufacturer....
