I missed so much the last few episodes. This series is mint... Love this. Thanks Kelly! Can you impliment a direct call icon into the chat box permanently ? Instead of just doing voice. As some people will want to call directly, and continue with the same chatbot you were just talking too. Could you also have a secretary bot transfer to a specialist bot. All different voices, names skills tones?
