Went to try out ATC fishing village's prawn fishing. Turns out to be quite fruitful! Hope you will enjoy this catch clean cook.

I was actually entertaining myself by producing videos. But I'm sure glad it can entertain others as well! :)

Nice prawns!

They already feed those prawns at dawn so when the anglers arrive most of the prawns are full & only few take a bite😅🤣..that’s business strategy

counter their strategy by using forbidden bait. use prawn meat to fish for prawn.

Hahaha! Oyster mushrooms in oyster sauce! Next time cook oysters in mushroom sauce maybe? Love how you camp in instead of camping out =D Some animal rights groups might squirm at how some of the yabbies were still alive when you skewered it. Instead of broiling them to death and increasing the release of their stress hormones, could have killed them more humanely before cooking them though. I usually place them in the freezer for about half an hour to "put them to sleep" before processing them for cooking. Taste better.

I did put them in the chiller for about 2 hours before skewering. But it still twitched!...
