Entertain by going to jungles helping people with whatever is possible for one to give. Study yoga practise and makr urself happy coz with good health u get healthy mind thoughts u will not remain sad that u wd need bad entertainment ideas like casinos consuming alcohol and stuff. Stay healthy eecommens practise yoga the Indian way!!

I watch Ramdev a lot but I am an U.S.American, and wish he would add English captain to his videos. However, even though there is no English captain. I can get a basic of understanding of what he is saying, I hope. And wish I could get a full understanding of what he is saying. Thanks for the video's Ramdev. About 15 years ago I went to Park Royal hotel in South Delhi for a meeting. I was waiting in the lobby. They had beautiful thick carpet there. A young and stylish rich couple came with their 4 years old daughter. The daughter urinated heavily into the carpet. In just a few seconds the carpet soaked up all the urine. The couple just quietly moved away. No one from the custodial staff was informed that the carpet needed cleaning. OMG !!!!! I lived in hostels in a medical college in Delhi. We were very vigilant about cleanliness. I was once instructing the mess manager to pay more attention to the washing of vegetables. At that time were were talking about washing of tomatoes for salad. He told, "You should NEVER eat in hotels, especially the big ones. When we go to the wholesale market to buy vegetables, we see these men from BIG Hotels and restaurants. They always wait till everyone has bought all the good tomatoes. Then they buy all the rotten and crushed tomatoes left at the bottom of the pile. These tomatoes are so bad that they CANNOT be washed. So the hotel people straightaway take them and turn them into puree, to use in all their fancy dishes." OMG OMG OMG !!!!!! I don't go out to eat to five stars or anywhere outside anymore.
