How to treat sample for acidified force degradation.

You reply force degradation with 1N HCl at 60°c if degradation is less than 5% then go with higher normality

@@shivamtyagi4765 dear I also asked how do I use 0.1 n HCl and NaOH for sample preparation? I mean if I have diluent in my method is buffer and methanol. So should I replace altogether diluent with 0.1 NHCl and NaOH?

No you don't remove diluent firstly you add 10 ml 0.1 HCl for degradation after that add 10 ml naoh 0.1 then make up with your diluent
