Gotta say your neck and cheek line videos have saved me hours of headaches. I've lost so many beards to screwing up my cheek line because I didn't have a consistent way of doing it each time.

Wow. Saved me from more mistakes. Instead of just going straight across and letting it fill in, I tried to curve up to my ears. A little bit more...a little bit more, before you know it I'm trimming the whole beard off.

Hi Greg. Thank you so much for these great video tutorials. Until I discovered your channel my beard was horrendous! And I basically used to do everything that you alive not to do. LOL! But after finding your channel, I started just copying and following along. I also made sure to buy a PROPER beard trimmer as opposed to hair clippers. And even after the first "follow along", it gave me a ton of confidence. And that has been the most beneficial aspect of your vids - "leave it alone, don't touch it" should be rule number 1. My beard is half grey, half black. And trying to chase down every single grey hair - well, it's futile and so easy to make mistakes! Confidence is everything and these videos are excellent at giving someone the confidence needed. Cheers mate! I owe you a few pints! 😎

I used to go straight across on neckline and it looked fine..but more of a squared look..then when i try to round it and trim right below my ears on sides,i can never get it even! Do u really trim straight across OR do you trim a straight line in the middle at adams apple, then angle the sides where it looks rounded?? 42 years now and still mess mine up! Love your content btw!

I trimmed my beard short on January 1st because I had a beard line but wanted to stop shaving. It’s been a month and it’s growing fine and since it’s getting longer, I’m not shaving at all, so no need for a beard line. I trimmed the cheeks a bit for those rebel out of place hairs and my beard is now looking cool and growing just fine. I’ve always thought why grow a beard if you’re still going to be shaving. The only place where you should shave is the cheek lines unless yours grows in a natural kind of straight way 👍😁👌

I'm not sure if I need to hate or love my phone... As I was shaving your video (med beard vid) popped up and I discovered your channel. I've NEVER watched or googled anything dealing with a beard, shaving, or anything along those lines. I'm trying to clean up a little, beard, mind, and body (my soul's good man🐮) and I'm well one my way. Your channel seems to fit! I'll keep checking you out!

Another great video! I use conditioner on the neck as well. But for me, I can only take the razor upwards on the neck and that works fine. If I go down the neck, I still get razor burn.

Hi Greg, LOVE your channel my Bromigo & learning more & more each time. I'm pretty new to the beard gam as i have not sported it out for 30 years. Lucky enough to have a full, unpached one & currently have a short bear. But it grows to the right under my chin/neck. In other words, grain grows towards my ear. So the left side looks kinda flat where as the right, fluffy. What do you recommend in means of trimming? Should I blow dry/comb it the opposite way so it to be go downwards? Want the trimming to look even. Appreciate anything you can offer to help.

Hi Greg, I have a video request. I struggle alot with the beard growth under the chin/neck area which grows faster than the chin. Any tips/video tutorial on how to trim that annoying growth at home safely as possible. I have watched your previous trimming videos and the arc you mentioned but never get that look I am aiming for. Thanks again for the great videos.

Honestly my brother..it's best to just leave the neck hair area alone or trim it very lightly with a skin safe trimmer that won't cut your skin like the Philips Norelco OneBlade you can find on Amazon. Neck hair trimming usually over-feminizes the beard..and causes cuts, irritation and ingrown hairs. And for us Middle Eastern guys..who are the champions of body hair and beard growing..we usually look great with a little neck hair showing as it looks natural and sexy. 🧔🏻

@@Nightbird. What I meant was the growth of hair under the chin which is longer than the actual chin hair.

That's what I did in this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/fInOgKaYZst5e9U A #6 guard ends up being 19 mm's. So, that's how it translates to a Brio Beardscape.

I have grown my beard out quite a few times. Every time I attempt to do this, I muck it up and I always end up shaving my beard off. The first time I had grown my beard out for a year and a half. Since then I can't make it past 6 months. I have the same problem with my mustache. It's like I don't know when enough is enough and/or I have a certain amount of OCD.

Biggest issue for my beard neckline is my Jaw is extremely asymmetric (it's higher and longer on one side than the other) so it always looks uneven, particularly in the corners. I try to keep it low but always end up going higher than I need to because I'm trying to even it out. Have to control the urge.

How did you know I screwed up my neck line? During my last trim I was rushing and tipped my head back for the bottom cut and went straight back, at and angle! Now I am stuck in the regrow phase.

Hey Greg, Started growing out from a clean shave about two weeks ago. Aiming to go for a big full beard. Do you recommend shaving beneath where the beard is gonna go eventually or higher since it obviously starts short? At the moment I didnt toutch it yet at all but I don't know how it'll look. Thanks in advance!
