How to estimate in Kanban - Things to know while planning in Kanban

We often come across a lot of discussion on Kanban Estimation. Many even say that there isn't a thing called estimation in Lean practices. Well, when we see things through the lens of the framework, yes, the estimation process makes things complicated.
But let's try to see things for the need to forecast. Yes, we need to forecast and for that basic estimation is kind of required.
Here are a few things that you must consider.
1. Work Items must be smaller and equal in size
2. Estimation is to plan better, there is no other purpose
3. Plan as per the visibility you have
