Marketing IS essential!!! It’ seems very odd that this home’s main drive entrance is off of an alley I love how you evaluate and appreciate the landscape options of the property. Thank you for watching Mark! We actually have a lot of alleys in Austin and work them all the time. It can be really cool sometimes for dual access to a property if there is a back alley for instance. But in this case I am with you. I do not like it splitting off the alley. Also man we are only as good as our tradesman! I can not say enough how much I appreciate these incredible humans!
