On what basis to calculate the PMHF values as per the ISO26262 standard mention 100fit but if we use multiple sensors then how we calculate.?

The PMHF equation is incorrectly calculated; the SPF failure rate and the failure rate of MPF latent fault should not simply be added. This is because the failure rate of MPF latent fault should be converted to a DPF probability. As it is, the DPF probability is unjustifiably overestimated.
