If you're using NullSafety, then at line 23 add the question mark like : DateTime? backButtonPressedTime. Also at line 39 add exclamation mark like : bool backButton = backbuttonpressedTime == null | CurrentTime.difference(backbuttonpressedTime!) > Duration(seconds: 3); The app won't work otherwise.
