I have a Alfa Romeo Guilia 2019 unfortunately the unite isn’t touch screen. And for some reason it will not let me use the scroll wheel to select any letters for typing?? What should I do?

Mine keeps saying limited connection and won’t load anything, it literally worked for 2 days fine then now it wont connect properly to my hotspot
