How To Experience the Presence of God

I am 51 years old, married, with two children, and I have been a Christian for 33 years. I have a son. His name is Yuri and he is 19 years old. His thirst for God is incredible. He prays for about two to three hours a day. He is passionate about fasting. It's crazy. He was fasting so much, like finishing 7 days of fasting, eating for about 3 days, and then starting another 5 to 7 days of fasting again. Incredibly, I had to ask him to stop fasting for a while because he began to show signs of vitamin B12 deficiency and low muscle mass. But the result is that his level of intimacy with the Lord is astonishing. You are right, Austin. The thirst for intimacy with the Lord is the key. After all, eternal life is to know Jesus. This means that life will flow from us in proportion to our intimacy with the Lord.

Wow, brother I am touched by this. I just bless Yuri in the Name of Jesus that his HUNGER for Christ will continue and that MANY will encounter the Lord through his faith. That young man is going to make MOVES in the kingdom!

@Austin_Nix You're very welcome.It's simply the truth.My brother. I want you to know man that at least two of your other videos Hit me so hard. The one about having one foot in the World was absolutely the holy spirit. I started. The video thinking to myself Man , this is another message that's gonna tell people they've got to be perfect and living right Before they come to Jesus and that's not a good messand man.I couldn't have been more wrong. You were not calling out the new believer.You were calling out the christian. The ones. That we are supposed to call out in judge. And man you called me Exactly as I needed to be called. It's certainly not lack of desire or even lack of effort, but let me tell you that desire you talk abob. I feel like you really understand because I do have the desire.

@Austin_Nix thank you my brother. I have a hard time with peace man. I know he gives the real peace. The true peace, but I find myself trying to supplement and use worldly things to provide me peace. This is probably my biggest struggle as a Christian. Thank you also for the kind compliments. It's easy for me to know what to say. Ya know? I can always say the right thing. The thing we "should" say, but I must do better at actually walking that out in faith.
