I still don’t know what FFA is. What is FFA abbreviation for? Why is it special? What purpose does it serve? I’m so confused 😩

Think of FFA as a leadership program. FFA is a abbreviation for future farmer of america, however that isn't really accurate nowadays. Even if you don't live on a farm or drive a tractor or take care of livestock. You can live in the city and still be in FFA. Learning to do, doing to learn, earning to live, living to serve. Is the FFA motto. Depending on the career development event, you can learn how to interview for a job, parliamentary procedure, livestock judging, and many more. FFA is has mostly high school students as members. This is the largest student run non profit organization. Being a member creates a lot of memories and if you become an officer like me, it lives with you for a long time, hence why I'm taking the time to try to explain what FFA is about. Since I was a sentinel, it is still my duty to be stationed by the door since through this door pass many friends of the FFA it still is my duty to see the door is open to our friends at all times. Yes this was from memory six years later, No this ain't all the officer is reposible for while in office but this part still applies for me. I belive FFA has the purpose to create motivation and experience in the future leaders of the nation not just in agriculture. FFA members should possess many traits such as leadership, accepting other, not judging, and to help guide others in the pursuit of happiness
