Hi Heather. I love that you didn't edit out your oops moments as I have so many of those!! It's nice to know I'm not the only one. Haaa. The velvet is perfect on this.

The outside is beautiful! I would’ve left the inside covers as they were instead of covering them up. I would’ve put a sliding belly band

That's such a good video, Heather. You have showed us how to resize any junk journal book we love. It can be so difficult to find just the right size book. I'm happy to have this video as a reference to come back to when I try this process.

When I do a project like this, I save the blank pages and use those to print old documents and letters prints. The real foxing on the pages makes the finished product look authentic. Just be careful not to use pages that are too brittle and might jam your printer!

I really enjoy your videos. I really can't get enough!! Your journals are so very beautiful!!! I wondered how you were going to attach the other cover with the first piece of fabric. LOL Thank you for an awesome tutorial!!! You are very clear and easy to follow!

Hi Heather....thank you for sharing! This is such a great technique. Question....what material did you use for the spine?
@rubyandpearlxo3 жыл бұрын
I used a heavy cardstock and then glued it all together with a thin linen fabric. Thank you so much!
