How to Face Difficult Circumstances by H.H. Sakya Trichen

On July 26, 2013, His Holiness the Sakya Trichen gave a public talk entitled How to Face Difficult Circumstances form a Buddhist Perspective. His Holiness gave the talk at the Minneapolis Convention Center, as part of several days of events, including a two-day Kalachakra empowerment on July 27-28, 2013.
The Minnesota Sakya Center organized the visit. The Tibetan American Foundation of Minnesota co-sponsored the public talk. Video by Thor Anderson.

As His Holiness the Sakya Trizin is coming on this planet for every sentient being, it would be very nice of you to translate this video in other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French etc. Many people can’t go to the Teachers because they don’t understand English so consequently they don’t understand their teachings and the meaning of Refuge. If they don’t understand what means Refuge they can’t take Refuge. Thank you so much to put the sentences at the bottom of the screen in other languages.

It is very difficult to gain inner happiness by practicing inner spiritual mind training.when body is paining the my mind cannot control the pain.even I practise so great consentensing mind.n that vertiue even I can't get any physical happiness.i can't understand why. Even I have such a great teacher still I can't get little happiness in the life.even I practice great path.i don't know why.

In a once in a lifetime clearlight dream. I was standing in front of my old granite street they control reality but based on a second dream the star chart in his head feathers burst in the air and in the lions roar where's his head as my wife walks in the room possibly with a Sumerian 21 Century cell phone. To my left my son star chart recorder while attending the Dalai Lama's teaching a heavyset white man stated my son was enlightened behind me a enlightened unenlightened veil in the Bible not covet and to the right of my house in the sky shooting stars and the vision goes x-ray as the earth is spinning enlightened speed and in the sky I saw a constellation of a universes and the earth was followed by the moon gyrating in front of the third eye in a hexagram. That was it and the dream stopped.
