I reset turn on, release power buton, and press 3 butons (+| ° |-)in same time for 7 seconds, release buton, turn off and turn on, pair again. Fix my problem.

@@Fix.369 I don't know why some work with a reset pattern, and others with what I explained. But the strategy is if one doesn't work, try another. I spent weeks with the phone stopped because the manual reset didn't work, so I tried pressing the three buttons and seeing what happened. problem solved.
