I do it this way over a PoE switch, but it still goes back to the previous settings, not the factory default.

what happens when rg is on Mitel because I have the same one and it says contacting server and it's been on their for a long time? that's the only problem I have with the Mitel phone

I think plug the network cable or try to press setting or menu button when stuck there
