Yes. You do, but im not much better, and you wake up at 10. I wake up at 6. You have 5-7 hours of sleep, i have 7-8 hours. Were pretty close, id recommend 2-3 hours more at least.

I go to bed at 10:30 on weeknights. This tip sounds dumb, but it works. If you can't turn your mind off, i picture a box/chest w a lock on it and imagine all my thoughts being sucked into the box with jumbled conversation noise and then picture locking the box, pushing it away, and turning off the light, then "listening" to silence for 30 seconds and picturing the dark "room". I swear this works lol.

If you have trouble sleeping because you can’t stop thinking one thing that works for me sometimes is idk why but picturing a white wall. Just a plain white wall. Whenever your mind wanders bring your full attention back to the white wall. If it’s to bad and you can’t stop thinking no matter what then right down your thoughts then try to picture the white wall again.

You are fantastic! When I go to bed at 10pm on weekends, I close my eyes and lie very still. This is an awesome hack for anyone who can't sleep quickly( I have used it myself many times before and still use it all.) I go to bed at 8:30pm on school days! By the way I love your channel! Just followed your channel after discovering it. love your videos! ♡ I typically go to bed around 9 (but I suspect I don't fall asleep till 11) and I always seem to wake up around 5-6am every day, usually before my alarm set for 7 just in case I have a hard time sleeping beforehand and waking up later. gonna consider some of your tips as I've been slacking off some of these tips for awhile now. some nights I sleep better while other nights I can't sleep.

I go to bed between 10.30 and 11pm on weekdays and between 1 and 2 am on weekends. I sleep on my side. I wear an eye mask and sometimes ear plugs and it works really well. I sleep better when I use them.

I usually fall asleep at 1-2 am sometimes later. The time I wake up depends on what I have planned for the next day. Today I woke up at 8. I get a good amount of sleep.

so um I'm in 8th grade and I struggle to fall asleep so I usually tend to get tired around 2:30-3:00 a.m.! Also I was going thru some youtubers merch and I was thinking "WOW I really wish/surprised Nicolette doesn't have any merch!" if you do decide to make merch I think you do some hoodies that are marbled!!!
