What do you all think about the music? I tried adding some using the youtube editor (and can still remove/change it) and I'm unsure how I feel about it.

Hello Mazen, I've recently got my first 10 seconds handstand hold and I am starting to feel more in control when upside down, but I still feel that sometimes no matter how hard I push with my fingers I have to bail out. Do you think this is due to finger strength or finger pushing technique (as in push with only the finger tips, or all the finger and so on)?

Hey Ahmed, first CONGRATS ON 10 SECONDS!! this is a great achievement that should not be underestimated. Second, some shapes (depending on shoulder, hip, and leg position) require you to push a lot with fingers, where as others require you to barely have any pressure in fingers at all... this is easier to feel if you do this follow along and pay extra attention to the mindful dismount drills: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaLEdZ-dotVojNUsi=x14C_aZ7POOVya3x Let me know how it helps!

Nice videos. I'm stuck there in fact. Ive been able to balance for years, but to get into it is at best a 50/50, but more like a 20/80. And can't get passed that. And since my rate of success getting into it is so low, I don't even dare trying away from the wall, as it's an 80% chance of falling. So yeah, I'm thinking I should learn how to fall. But easier said than done 😅

Do it!! In my experience "Fear" comes from lack of one of the 3: strength/technique/exposure... it sounds like you are only missing exposure!
