It is so dumb system to let you have to use Angelbreath on everything even the season life elixir and the Incense all need Angelbreath together with rerolling affixes makes your bank always empty while every other material have trillions of it.

Exactly! and what's more dumb and is that it is a rare crafting material not even legendary, while all legendary crafting material can be farmed everywhere in the game doing any content not only helltide and you can even get it by salvaging items, which doesn't make any sense that rare crafting material is more rare than legendary! this just shows how the devs doesn't even play their own game to know how annoying and stupid system it is. and just wait till tons of people start complaining about it so maybe they would fix it after months like what they did with forgotten souls crafting material before...

@@SlainStream not to mention the tempering shit system, if you want crit damage or vulnarble damage on barb or even necro you can’t have it, only rogue lol, barb with no crit is no barb to start with… If you temper an item you can’t use it on another build anymore because you can’t reroll tempering. If you masterwork an item spend 1000s of pit material on it and milions of gold to hit the ones you want, then you hit the wrong affix, reroll cost 5M and loose all of the shit material you spent on with no refund at all, back to 0. Isint a great system we are playing right now?

@@Micah_Callahan it is just so obvious that the devs doesn't even play their own game as I said to know how annoying and stupid and how these things are ruining the fun in the game..and if they did that in propose then they are just trying so hard to find ways to make the players spend 100x extra time on the ''end game'' to say they created an ''end game''. if you think about it there is not much difference with the end game now compared to before the only difference is that you reach level 100 on one character and still have almost all your items are not even masterworked and you will have to spend so many hours/days just farming mats to master work and its even more than the hours you spent to reach level 100.. and how do they make us spend even more time is when they make tempering brick your items that you spent hours or days trying to find it so after the game brick your item then you have to spend hours again trying to find that item that work with your build.. and to add extra more hours you still have to farm angelbreath and we give the occultist tons of useless filler affixes so you will spend hundreds of millions of gold and thousands of angel breath trying to hit that 1 single affix on your amulet instead of the ''life per second'' or fury per second or the many other useless affixes. so if you think about it we are just sending this ''end game'' still working on the character.. so what happens after we fully masterwork the items? what should I do next? nothing just create another character and level it, just like before.

I actually spend so many hours on this game. and every season I have at least 4 characters fully maxed out.. and I purchased the game 2 times first time on battle net and then second time on steam when it got released there ''cuz I am such a nerd maybe'' cuz I wanted to collect the steam game cards and achievements of this game.. this season I played the game more than any other season because of masterwork thing that made the itemization and completing the build takes 100x extra time, farmed every single content in the game countless hours, collected over 65 uber items so far this season, so yes I complain about things that ruins the fun in the game

Thanks for the guide! Since almost any activity in the game now has a meaningful purpose for "lategame", I wish they would make Angels Breath target farmable in PvP for example. PvP seems like it has no better purpose tbh and they could add a vendor for niche materials.

Angels breath is the only reason I may quit this season. I almost quit about a month ago because I ran out and didn’t want to do helltide. Then I discovered the bug that let you keep the threat meter full, and that let me quickly farm enough angelsbreath to get me through till today. Been LOVING the season, but today I ran out again and they fixed the threat meter bug. Don’t want to be forced to go farm helltide. Kind of sucks that something as dumb as not having what *should* be a common material may lead to me quitting the season

@@uwot5308 I quit because it wasn’t respecting my time. Angelsbreath was unnecessarily rare. If you’re ok with it, that’s fine, but calling someone dumb for not liking something you enjoy is what’s truly dumb. I spent hundreds of hours playing season 4. I love the grind for gear. I don’t enjoy grinding a boring mechanic for a resource for an hour just to be able to enchant an item only a handful of times. They’re removing angelsbreath as a requirement for enchanting in season 5, so you’re in the minority if you liked it. That doesn’t make you dumb though. Have a good one

The interactive map is broken, just ride your horse around helltide until you find like 3 diff events then rotate them to farm. The only ones i've had trouble resetting are the ones that have you inspect the ancient spire for some reason the spire won't come back for me so ignore those if you have the same issue.

I mean I have a gazillion of living steel but very few mats for varshan so getting enough mats for Duriel is a pain This and angelbreath is by far the most time consuming and annoying facet in d4 at the moment. Why on this living earth do they not balance these things…

Haha same here i don’t even pick the living steel anymore and when i go to town i find that shit in my stash waiting to collect them lol, follow me everywere, wy they don’t just make the chest that gives living steel gives random mats instade, varshan mats or living steel, or simply add another chest for varshan.. how har is it?

That interactive map is never accurate. It always shows the wrong region as hell tide. Not sure if this is related to the region you're playing in (EU/US/Asia), but not once did it show the current hell tide region.

Right now I tried again. Interactive map shows helltide area around Kyvoshad, yet when I am in-game, the helltide is actually in the dry stepps. That interactive map is so annoying. Been like this for months and no one ever seems to talk about it or have the same issue as me.
