Rod of the Eternal King, due to its 20% chance to get greedy mutation, which is like having ghastly enchant on your rod, which actually is really common. however having abyssal on ROTD can be a tad bit better because it has some secret additions. not only does abyssal have a 10% more chance to get the abyssal mutation, it can also have an 80% chance to make your fish bigger by 0.3x, and also a 20% to 0.6x your xp.

Honestly heavenly might be better than no life. They buffed the chance of heavenly on the rod to 15 which actually makes the heavenly rod good. All you need on the rod is hasty.
