After watching the James Kawalya's testimony, I've been watching your videos since then and learning about prayer. Now we re fasting corporately at our church and had to watch this. Thank you so much

I totally agree with you james. I fast everyday and have been doing so for years. I believe you can fast differently depending on what you want to get out of it. There is natural fasting and spiritual fasting. I do both. I dont agree with just fasting for spiritual reasons you can fast for people or personal reasons too.

Please I would like to ask what a full fast schedule is like. For example, in your 40-day full fast with just water and no food, did you have to work or do some day-to-day business? I am really wondering how I can schedule such. Many thanks Minister James, God bless you and the ministry

Hi there, for some more context in relation to your question - James’ completed a liquid fast meaning he drank various drinks throughout the 40 day fast as he was working. Some people do fast no food & drink and are able to not drink during this time however many people find this challenging. Jesus’ example was one of taking time out to fast and seek God. All this being said, fasting is personal and it’s really important to firstly ask God how he would like you to fast but also consider your daily schedule/routine as well as seek guidance, as it could become dangerous if not done wisely. We hope this helps answer your question?

I just recently fasted for about a 49 hours... and I did pray a lot... but I did not notice any difference between my regular prayer time, and this time of fasting... in fact it was harder to concentrate and focus... I was not thinking a about eating either.... I was disappointed.. Am I doing something wrong ? O
@PrayerStormTV3 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. The apostle were praying and seeking God for 10 days before the release of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. Jesus didn’t tell them when the Holy Spirit would be released but they had to keep praying UNTIL He came. Your heart has to be set on seeking God and if you sense no Change don’t be disappointed. You’ve sown into the spirit. Keep sowing and you’ll reap a harvest if you faint not.
