It's better if they just focused the cam on the touch buttons and machine while the lady is speaking so they can actually see how it is done however the verbal instructions is really good.

Thanks for showing! I'm covering for an old supervisor office receptionist and I kinda forgot how to work things;;; so I'm spending this week remembering and practicing my speech/office work! I'm still a student and she watched over me so well the last time I worked there ^^ I have social anxiety/poor speech/communication skills, long story short, the office/coworkers loved my silences 😂 though it does get very busy during summer so wish me luck!!

She makes things so understandable! I think one of my favorite features now is scanning since there’s so many purposes for it and and you can easily load documents back into your computer if you already have them out but you deleted the original copy. I also hope to do faxing more to other people in the business world hopefully once I’m there because I think that’s going to be one of my favorite features top of what she taught us here also!

I've Never used commercial all-in-one printers so I was wondering if your method is pretty much the same for all of them and then stores all-in-one printers usually do not come in with the card. I guess your workplace requires a card to track down employees printer usages. :)

when someone talks all slow and can't finish their sentences smoothly i literally am not joking that I can't learn the most basic of things bc their inability to speak well causes me to not understand. I've been screwed over in offices bc the person telling me important info is all jerky in movement and talks with not only a spastic accent but speaks all choppy and somehow that makes it turn to a language I don't know.

I can't learn like that. I need to press all the buttons. When I ask a question, someone will help by pressing the buttons and then walk away. This did nothing. My office machine is twice as large as this.
