I never remember a time when I had to fight but I do know how scary it is to fight someone bigger than you. You're right that we must ONLY fight as a last resort. Plus, I used to go to karate club after school but once I was at Year 4(3rd grade), I stopped going there and never returned since.

I only do it for self defense I beat up a robber before I called police after it was a very scary moment I was only 7

It's simple just go direct and look for weak points so for example If he's extremely tall just try going for a tackle and if they try to grab us just knee them since the legs have more strength In Jeet Kune Do you're supposed adapt and go simple & direct the goal of the philosophy is to defeat and win a fight and not showing off and try to take them down quickly and not go for high kicks it could leave an opening for your groin The best self defense styles Krav Maga Boxing Muay Thai Sambo Silat Eskrima Jeet Kune Do(It's not a style but can be made of philosophies or techniques depending on the fighter) Don't get me wrong other martial arts are effective but these hybrid arts are for extreme combat the reason why I included boxing is actually because fighters must knock out the opponent with strong and fast punches that can cause concussions or even death, an African boxer died 4 days after a battle as his brain shut down due to brute Force and truama
