Too complicated. We are the beneficiaries of our ss trust. All debt is a gov obligation per HJR 192 and gold repeals act of 1933. US TREASURY OF USA is the debtor and WE are the creditor. There is NO money. Only tax credits or debits. Use the 1099A to (say) purchase a car. The trustee (dealership) would be responsible to accept the 1099A as a check endorsed by the beneficiary (you) He would then file this with the Treasury with forms 1094, 1099OID and 1040V to get payment for abandoned vehicle (all on the lot) for payment from the treasury. That’s how it works folks.
