How to File a Weekly Certification for Unemployment Benefits in North Carolina

It won’t allow me to file weekly certification until I register for NC Works, which I did register week ago, and all personal information match, they don’t have office that you can inquire in person, only choice is to call in a number which is always busy and no one will answer the call. What’s the solution here?

ON the portal there is no option to upload a weekly work search form, and you call the number and the system doesn't even work What the heck? How can I upload the form, do I have to mail it?

You aren't required to upload a work search form. You only need to keep it for your records.
