It's not possible at all to get these forms. They all want R500+ to assist you. Went to their offices, came back with no luck. As they're saying the law doesn't allow them to help us. How are we supposed to know which one is theirs?!!!!!! Am deeply frastrated.

This is the absolute easiest step-by-step guide on how to register and file your beneficial ownership. Thank you so much!! I can just add that the PDF files can be compressed (PDF, FILE, COMPRESS in the drop-down menu) to ensure they are each smaller than 3MB to upload. IF not smaller you will get an error message.

Gosh I hate this stupid country. Everything is so difficult and complicated; the information is scattered and disorganized, making it hard to comply. On top of that, institutions like CIPC often come across as inefficient and unhelpful. Running a business in South Africa is already hard, but when you make a buck, they're so quick and efficient at overcharging collections. That is actually cheap, it does take quite a bit of time to do, accountants normally ask anything from R1500 upwards
