I was use to simple returns . Now I am having a hard time keeping track of my work when preparing Tax Returns that involve multiple documents . I’ve run into the situation where the shareholders actually issued the check for distributions but tax preparer took only tax distributions on k1, ignoring the actual distributions. I don’t think it’s correct but do you take tax distributions instead of the actual distributions??
