Mgtanong sanah ako maam,may tax declaration this year,have problem..nakuha ko nah pera galing sa tax office,gusto nila kunin ulit,kasi hindi ko daw na declare na may anak ako..pero,sa pit 37 ko,nakalagay name ng anak ko..ngayon ,na blocked na nila account ko sa santander,kinuha nila pera ko..sabi nila,e correct daw nila ang tax declaration ko..need ko talaga ibalik ang pera?need ko daw mghintay 2 months para mabalik ang account ko..

It depends on how old are you, what type of contract you have. If you are under 26 and have employee contract then you don't pay any taxes, only insurance which is around 11,339.4 per year. If you are over 26 on an employee contract, you pay insurance and tax - which would be around 11,339.4 + 1512,00 = 12,851.4 PLN per year. On civil contract, it depends on which insurance you pay. You can look for 'kalkulator wynagrodzeń' to find out yourself.
