Please dont create false fear to get views ( thumbnail). If you get notice, you will be liable to pay penalty which is substantially higher than income tax liability. Jail term will be when you cannot pay the liability or some rarest scenarios.

Please make some video on how INCOME TAX burden is purely falling on salaried and in return instead of better facilities, all these notices adding upto their pressure. A business person can claim his foreign trip also by claiming he went for marketing but in LTA hardly you can claim for shortest flight distance within INDIA, twice in 4 years, no food / accommodation is allowed.
