That's all good and fine. What's the technique for a lot of shocks that do not have a bleeder hole for both styles?

You just build it accordingly.

@@skipmiller8309 that is an answer. The video clearly shows you how to bleed each style of shock. If you have a bladder shock you build it one way and if you have an emulsion style shock, you build it the other way.

Just tried this technique for bladder shocks when rebuilding my LMT shocks. Even drilled a small hole in the shock caps. Everything went well but for some reason the shock shaft goes to about mid position whether I push it in or pull it out, It always goes back to the middle. Any tips here?

You may not have removed enough oil

@@kevsbench01 I tried a few times to be sure. I did just rebuild them with TLR o-rings and Green Slime. There was almost NO resistance with the seals after that. That being said, would too much oil cause the shock shaft to go back in after moving it all the way out?
