Hello...good info shared...I have a query if I'm visiting 3/4 schengen countries...do I need to mention all the member country name...in sl no. 25 in Austria visa application form. Secondly, in the hotel name can I attach a excel sheet since all hotel names won't fit in the place. Kindly reply.

Hi. Can you help us with the hotel name data. Do we need to add every hotel name? It won't fit here

You can add a separate sheet with all the hotel names, address, email & phone no. On the visa document sheet you have to give the details of the hotel in the schengen country of your first entry.
