Can you tell me what to write on the place of fellowship amount

I'm applying for PhD in operation research but in upload section there's no link of select files for NET certificate & research proposal. Although it's essential. In preview it's showing that I haven't uploaded these 2 documents while I'm not getting the select file tab against these 2 columns... Someone please help to overcome this problem.

As Delhi University is a central university, Is there any provision for irregular part time PhD. Being a full time teacher I can manage only six months of regular attendance for course work. Can I pursue PhD course if I get a chance?? Please reply as soon as possible.

Your NET score isn't valid for this application because UGC announced that NET scores for Ph.D. admissions are valid for 1 year from the result declaration. Mam my category is obc ncl but I don't have obc category certificate issued after april which is compulsory in form .now can I fill the form with general category plz reply

Yes, you can fill the form with general category, if you don't have your OBC category certificate.
