Creating UAN is not a problem but you need to take the reliving letter from bpo company and at first try to formally write a mail to hr about your situation based on that you can take steps forward. At the time of onboarding Capgemini hr didn't agree you will lose bpo too so try to take clarification

Mam, When replying to the mail I did these mistakes : didn't mention that i don't have any work experience and in court submission form i entered a wrong date in first question Because i dint understand the question correctly! Is this mistakes will cause any big issue?

Then you can give again rply to that mail and write i have no experience. Leave that court form if they ask give it again. In court form big mistake means just in that mail only add the updated pdf write a line there in the last court form I mentioned the wrong date.
